I was born in Wisconsin and raised in a small community in West Central Minnesota. I now enjoy living & working in Alexandria, MN.
In 2010, I graduated from Saint Olaf College with a BA degree in Studio Art and Spanish.
After graduation I spent 2.5 years participating in volunteer programs that took me around the country and around the world. I spend as much time as possible traveling and documenting those adventures on my camera and on canvas.
I am currently working in many different areas of media

ACTIVITIES:
2007-2010 public relations person for the St. Olaf Valhalla Band. This position includes creating posters, signs and concert programs for the band.
2007 Helped design the stage designs for the Luther Crest Bible Camp summer program.
2008 Helped paint the sets for the Pope County area “Show Stoppers” play The Sound of Music.
2009 Designed and made shirts for the Lutheran Campus Ministry program at University of Minnesota Morris
2011 Organized, planned, and implemented the painting of a community mural done by local children and youth
2012 Donated a painting to a fundraising auction for L’Arche Tahoma Hope, an organization for adults with disabilities
2014 Commissioned to create two paintings to be given as personal gifts
2015-2017 Hired on as an Artist Instructor at Art Bar 39
2017-2019 Hired on full time as Studio Manager & Private Event Coordinator for Art Bar 39
